Christian Raymond

Raymond's adventures across media range from writing screenplays for Walt Disney Pictures to producing participatory film projects in partnership with under-resourced communities in Transylvania.  He developed the Austin Film Society's multi-faceted Commuity Education Department at Austin Studios denovo, and has taught New Media Literacy in the Radio-Television-Film Department at the University of Texas at Austin.  His community/creative initiatives have received support or been recognized by the National Endowment for the Arts, CEC Artslink, the Southby Southwest Interactive Festival and others.  Raymond is Department Chair and a Professor of Radio-Television-Film at Austin Community College, where he strives to guide students on their paths through academic and workforce programs, teaching screen storytelling and film classes. He is the creator of the Transmedia Tesseract.

 

 

 

Sergiu Lupse

Lupse is a writer / director living in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. He has a BFA in

Film and Photography and a MA in Experimental Film and Design. He is currently

studying Cinematography and Film at the UBB - Faculty of Theatre and Television in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.  In 2006 he won the “Youth Talent Award” with his film “GLOW” and in 2008 he was selected for the CEC Artslink “Director in Residence” in New York and Austin, USA.  Many of his films have screened internationally including in the U.S. and Europe.  In 2012 he won the “Very Short” award at the FFEST with “10TH FLOOR” and in 2013 he received a special mention from the jury, at the same festival, with his film “OUR FATHER” which in 2014 has also been selected at TIFF in the ZFR official competition.  He is the animator of the Transmedia Tesseract.
